C.H. was born in Aiken, South Carolina, but her parents moved back to northern New Jersey where she grew up, which if you’ve met her would explain a lot. She’s always had her nose in a book, has traveled the world over, and even tested the time-space continuum, thanks to the awesome power of the written word. One of her writing quirks is that she loves to include bits and pieces of her ancestors and ancestry in all of her books. Her family centers her and keeps her sane, which is why she enjoys adding elements of family, hearth, and home in all of her romances.

Today I have an RT BOOKlovers Convention special show for you because I will be chatting with romance author PJ Schnyder who will be talking about her upcoming novels. And she may even give us a sneak peek into some of her future books as well as any of her other novels that she may have in the works right now and any other projects. She will be telling us about her writing experience and what she has in the works writing wise.

Born and raised in the North East, PJ Schnyder spent her childhood pretending to study for the SATs by reading every fantasy and sci-fi novel she could borrow from the local and school libraries. She scored fairly high in the verbal portion. She was introduced to the wonderful world of romance a decade later by her best friend at an anime convention in Seattle. PJ recently received the Golden Leaf award for Bite Me, Book 1 of the London Undead series, and is one of the contributing authors to the Parsec-award winning Tales from the Archives Vol. 2 of The Ministry of Peculiar Occurrences. In the past, she has also won honors from the Fantasy, Futuristic and Paranormal RWA PRISM awards for her novella, Hunting Kat, Book 1 of the Triton Experiment series. So it's been almost 2 years since I last posted on the blog but it's been a crazy two years since I've gotten a permanent office job in downtown Manhattan. When I last posted was about two months after I bought my 15" MacBook Pro and I am still loving it much better than my Dell laptop that I bought a few months earlier than my MacBook Pro. I still use the Dell once in a while when I need to use the Adobe Acrobat program to make fill-out forms for work. My MacBook Pro has been such a great purchase even though I had to spend almost $2,000 for it. It took me a bit of time to get use to some of the changes from my PC but in the long run I have had almost no troubles with which is the total opposite of my experience with all three of my previous Dell laptops.


Recently I got a message on my Facebook Fan page from Lisa Watson who works with RT Book Reviews about doing author interviews on my Blog Talk Radio podcast show. I wasn't too sure about doing it since I haven't been doing any author interviews on my podcast except for that one author interview with Susan H. Crowley in July of 2013. But I decided that this was an opportunity that I shouldn't pass up since I really need to get back to what I use to love doing which is reading book that I would post reviews about and interviewing romance authors of all genres about the books that they write. So I think from now on I will try to get myself back into the rhythm of writing book reviews on the blog but like I said it has been a long while since I've done it so bare with me please. I've also been updating my websites with new information but as you know maintaining a website takes a lot of time and mine hasn't been updated since I started it in 2010. I've done a few maintenance updates with the information that I have since changed but I'm using some of my free time from work to get it all done.

M.A. Ellis is a firm believer that everyone should pursue their dreams…no matter how long it takes to achieve them. She wrote her first short story, What I Want To Be When I Grow Up, more than a few decades ago. It was read by a total of seven people. (For those who are interested, the answer to that intriguing statement was a toss up between a veterinarian and a nun.) Thanks to the encouragement of a creative writing guru at Northern Kentucky University, she stepped out of her neat little writing boundaries and penned an erotic poem, which ultimately led her to the vastly stimulating world of erotic romance. It’s a vocation she truly loves—equally as rewarding as furry, four-legged creatures and a heck of a lot more entertaining than Friday nights at the nunnery. When not devoting her time to crafting tales of hot encounters and steamy romances that always have a happy ending, M.A. concentrates on the delightful task of honing her master baking skills, eagerly focusing on the realms of cheesecake and chocolate which are, in her humble opinion, the only ‘c’ words that matter. She lives in northwestern Pennsylvania where temperatures rival those of Ice Station Zebra a good portion of the year—making it the perfect arena for devising stories where one spark can ignite a welcomed inferno. Gwynne Forster was born in North Carolina, grew up in Washington, D.C., and has lived, studied and worked in New York City ever since she came of voting age. She considers herself a humanitarian, a perspective that she inherited from her mother, a high school principal, and which she also attributes to her work and education in the social sciences, more specifically, demography. Her fiction writing reflects her training in the sociology of the family and her understanding of inter-personal relations. It should not be surprising then, that quite a few of Gwynne’s novels and novellas are set within the context of the family. Gwynne relaxes best when she is near—but not in—the water. She loves boating and would spend hours fishing daily if she could. Oddly, she never learned to swim, and she always wears a lifejacket when boating or fishing. Her bedroom faces a river, and if she didn’t work, she would spend a lot of time sitting in the bedroom gazing at the water and the passing boats. Moving water, she thinks, is soothing and relieves stress.

Fiction writing is Gwynne Forster’s second career. She holds bachelors and masters degrees in sociology, a master’s degree in economics/demography and has additional graduate credits in journalism. As a demographer, she is widely published. She is formerly chief of (non-medical) research in fertility and family planning in the Population Division of the United Nations in New York and served for four years as chairperson of the International Programme Committee of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (London, England). These positions took her on official business to sixty-three developed and developing countries. Gwynne sings on her church choir, loves to entertain, and is a museum hopper, gourmet cook and avid gardener. She has one fluffy mutt, two cats who think they own the world, and a fish tank with some really plump little fish and a pair of snails who are secretly ninja assassins. In the course of her adventures, she has worked as a zookeeper, balloon artist, and substitute teacher. Now she enjoys writing books for teens who enjoy mystery and adventure as much as she does.

Texas native, Keisha Mennefee, has thrilled audiences with creative works since her youth when a love affair with literature first began. Over the years, Keisha has held freelance writer, columnist, feature and sports writing positions at some of the most prestigious media outlets in the country. While continuing to freelance, Keisha discovered another passion: music. She went on to hold a variety of positions in the music industry and sports management & marketing. Despite her success in these arenas, Keisha always felt an internal call back to writing. “One day, I realized that I couldn’t tell my children to ‘always follow your dreams’ if I wasn’t prepared to do the same.
